Panauti Technical School is a Rural Training Center. It was established by the French Gentleman Mr. Robert Le Foll in 1993 and was handed over to CTEVT on 11th Bhadra 2060. Now it has running long term program on TSLC in Automobile Engineering. 15th batches have completed the training till now. Graduates are being employed in different organizations mainly in private sector. As per information provided by the relatives and guardians, at present a considerable number of graduates are being employed in different foreign countries, mostly in Gulf countries in the sector of Automobile.

Panauti is a historical small town situated 6 km south of Banepa. It has got a lot of French assistance in different developmental activities. Establishment of Panauti Technical School is one of them. This technical school was established by the effort of Mr. Robert Le Foul through local NGO “Panauti Meaux – France Co-operation Association in 1993.Training program was started from 2056 Shrawan Session. Initially, whole operation cost was borne by the French NGO Nepal France Brie Panauti Association with the active initiation of French Member of Parliament Mr. Robert Le Foul. In 2060 Bhadra all infrastructure was handed over to CTEVT. Similarly operating cost has also started to be borne by CTEVT from F.Y.2060/061. This is a constituted school of CTEVT. At the same time some good traditions established by French founder are being preserved.
